Terms and Conditions
We are confident that you will absolutely love our products, but in the event that we sent you the incorrect product, (i.e wrong product, size or color) please send an email within 7 days of receiving your product to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, invoice number and order issue. After confirmation of the issue, you may return the product for a full refund. Please be sure that the item you are returning has not been used or tampered with. This will ensure proper and timely refund to your account.
PrintWallArt cannot be held responsible for misapplication or damages caused during installation. If you are not comfortable installing, we have a list of approved installers that can assist you.
PrintWallArt reserves the right to decline refund if the wall decal product is not in perfect condition. If we receive the product damaged, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason of declined return, and the product will be returned to you. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Please contact us for more information on returning an item.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
In the event that aPrintWallArt product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PrintWallArt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PrintWallArt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PrintWallArt shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
By supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence for the image/artwork or written permission from the copyright owner to print it. Under no circumstances will PrintWallArt be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.
PrintWallArt cannot guarantee the final outcome of a print. You need to make sure that the art you supply is not of inferior quality and must be suitable for a print size required by you. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied artwork is of a poor quality. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. PrintWallArt will print exactly as supplied by you unless otherwise requested.
Please Note: A fee of R250 PER HOUR will be charged for designing fees.
Right to refuse
PrintWallArt holds the right to refuse any work. Reasons may be if the artwork is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.
At PrintWallArt, we do our best to stock most advertised materials at all times. We do however reserve the right to substitute materials when need be.
At PrintWallArt, our prices are competitive. However, we reserve the right to change these without prior notice.
PrintWallArt does not operate a credit facility. All orders of products need to be paid for upfront.
PrintWallArt will do all the work in-house wherever possible. However, we reserve the right to outsource work if we deem it suitable or necessary.
PrintWallArt cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.
The completed work
At PrintWallArt, we will do our best to give you a product as close to your request as possible. However, under no circumstances will PrintWallArt be responsible for colour-matching. Our discretion is final.
We will do our best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time. PrintWallArt does not have any control over any courier companies. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, PrintWallArt will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. PrintWallArt will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to our attention within 24 hours. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition. Please note that PrintWallArt only makes delivery within the borders of South Africa.
Loss or damage
PrintWallArt will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product when couriered. All goods are however automatically insured for R1000 during transportation. In order to claim we need to be notified of the problem upon delivery of the goods. Please check your delivery when receiving it.
Any discrepancies in the final work delivered to you must be reported to PrintWallArtin writing to info@PrintWallArt.co.za within 7 days of receipt.
PrintWallArtcannot guarantee that the final size will be exactly the size requested.
